Meterteck digital multimeter review

When I received this, I handed it to hubby who is very familiar with multimeters and he was suitably impressed. The machine works just fine, the light is great, it stays on for about 15 seconds then fades off. It comes with a battery pre-installed and 2 sets of test leads.

My wishes for it, I would like to see it power off after a set amount of sitting idle, perhaps 5 to 10 minutes, right now you have to manually turn it off, this would help extend the battery life if you forget to turn it off.

The other thing is the stand, it flops out of the case with little provocation, it appears that it should lock closed, but it fits in very loosely, it can be removed if that bothers you.

They offer a 1 year warranty that you activate through their site, you also get a very informative ebook about using multimeters, I highly recommend getting this, I learned some things from skimming through it, it goes into depth about multimeters and how to use them.
All in all, it's a decent multimeter for the price. ‪#‎Meterteck‬ ‪#‎WrethaReviews‬

I received this free to try.
